Raviraj liquid Hand Scrub-R has a broad spectrum of activity. It is very effective for scrubbing of hands before surgery.

Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution  IP/BP.

Antimicrobial Action
Raviraj liquid Hand Scrub-R is useful for a broad spectrum of activity
  with excellent persistent and residual effect.
It is bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal.
It results in significantly greater reductions in quantity of resident
   bacteria than any other scrubs.
It remains active for 6 hours after use - thus preventing re growth of
   microbes on skin. This is unlike scrubs based on povidone-iodine, which
   have a shorter duration of action.
It is active even in the presence of organic matter.

Directions for use
Use undiluted
For antimicrobial hand washing
  Take 5 ml Raviraj liquid Hand Scrub-R onto wet hands and wash for
  30 seconds. Rinse hands thoroughly and dry.
For surgical hand washing
  Repeat above step and wash for 2 minutes. Rinse hands thoroughly and
  dry with a sterile towel.
For body cleansing
  On wet body, take sufficient amount of Raviraj liquid Hand Scrub-R to
  work up lather. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
