Why Use POVIDONE IODINE SOLUTION IP/USP 10 % W/V:
Antiseptic Solution.
It is indicated in the local supportive treatment of certain vaginal
  infections.
For prompt symptomatic relief of minor vaginal irritation and itching.
It is non-staining to skin and natural Fabrics.

Mode of Application:
As a vaginal cleanser in treatment of vaginitis due to candida, trichomonal, non-specific or mixed infections and for pre-operative preparation of the vagina.

Mode of Administration: Vaginal Tract

Frequency of Administration:
The frequency of administration is fixed by the doctor in accordance with    the need of the patients.
  Note: The prolonged or repeated use of this medicine is not
  recommended.

POVIDONE IODINE SOLUTION IP/USP 10 % W/V should never be used in the following cases:
History of intolerance or allergy to any of the component, particularly to   povidone iodine or products containing povidone.
Repeated use during the pregnancy from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy
  and Breastfeeding.

Storage:
Store below 30° C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Keep the container well closed.

Shelf life:
18 months

It has a rapid and prolonged broad spectrum of activity against a wide range of bacteria, fungi, viruses and some bacterial spores.
